Don't love it? You are more than welcome to exchange/return in store or online
We have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it for an exchange or refund
To be eligible for a return, the returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original labels and tags attached with proof of purchase.

Exchange (if eligible) The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item. Please provide us with the item/size/and colour of the item/s you would like to exchange for when contacting us. Once your return has been processed and accepted we will give you a store credit for the amount of the item (excludes shipping) so you can repurchase.
Refunds (if eligible) The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item. Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed via the original payment method, please allow up 3-10 business days.
Please include the below details in your email & returns satchel:
- Order Number & date of purchase
- Item/Size/Colour of item you are wanting to exchange for
