Refund policy

-The shipping fee paid when purchased is non refundable-

We have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it for an exchange or refund

To be eligible for a return, the returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached with proof of purchase. 

Exchange (if eligible) The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item. Please provide us with the size/colour of the item/s you would like to exchange for when contacting us. Once your return has been processed and accepted we will give you a store credit for the amount of the item (excludes shipping) so you can repurchase.  

Refunds (if eligible) The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item. Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed via the original payment method, please allow up 3-10 business days.

 

Please include the below details in your email & return satchel:

- Order Number and date of purchase

- Size/colour of item you are wanting to exchange for

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item you were sent is damaged/faulty, please contact us via email hello@rastasurfco.com

No returns for sale items or gift cards.
